Hand and Stone

The receptionist was so sweet and allowed me to use her phone charger while I was in my appointment. My facial lady and massage therapist were both wonderful!

Leighanne is a total professional. I see massage as a health benefit and she with, hand and stone, help me maintain balance.

I felt that I experienced a well run professional establishment. I was greeted immediately and very cordially. Paperwork was completed easily. All through is was a very good experience.

My wife, son, and myself got the flu. They worked with me within the normal 24 hour cancellation period. I was very appreciative of that. I have also be impressed with how outstanding the massages are. Very impressed.

The appointment was easy to schedule. Everyone I met with was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my massage.

Compared to another local massage chain, the services provided were equivalent. Where Hand and Stone excelled was with their customer service and their able to make you feel welcome. When I arrived the staff were helpful, courteous, and respectful. They didn’t make me feel like a burden, which has been my experience with another chain.

In over a year I have only had one massage person who did not do a good job. I think that is a great average. Once I find someone I really like I attempt to use that person over and over as our schedules allow. I am also impressed that your therapist stay. Other places have too high a turnover in therapist. I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive at my Hand & Stone location.

Eurindia is amazing. She has helped me so much following a shoulder injury that I suffered last year. The staff is friendly and always makes me feel important.

From start to finish everyone involved was very nice. Not once did we feel rushed even though we were a group of 5 girls and were the last appointments of the day.
