Mark was so professional and friendly, and my massage was top notch. My facial was also superb, and I’ve had very expensive facials before and been less impressed with those than by the one I received at Hand and Stone!

I was very impressed with the staff from the receptionist to the therapist. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Wait time was only as long as it took me to complete the paperwork. The massage was wonderful and the therapist was very attuned to my needs and communicated with me as to amount of pressure needed etc. A very positive experience!

Everyone was very friendly and professional. I had an emailed coupon that the receptionist had not been informed of but she honored it anyways. I liked that she believed me. Kaitlyn, the therapist, was wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable, great technique, and very personable. I plan to book her every time. One thing I was not satisfied with is the price of some off the add ons. A scalp massage is typically always done with a massage so to charge for the peppermint oil is a bit ridiculous given that a bottle costs around $5.
