Nice experience

I've been coming here for almost two years and lately I've been very disappointed. The high turnover was very frustrating and the quality of my facial was not great...UNTIL this past time. I really enjoyed Sharlene! She is awesome from personality, to knowledge, to application. Now, i just hope she sticks around!

The ambience, knowledgeable staff and professional service at Hand and Stone are on par and even better than some of the Spas in the big hotels in Las Vegas. My masseuse remembered my preferences, like turning off the heater on the table, from one visit to the next. There was no need for lengthy discussions prior to beginning my massage. There is not a huge turn-over in staff, so that once you find a masseuse you like, you can depend on that masseuse being there for your next appointment.

The staff was friendly, the therapists were knowledgeable and provided excellent service. The facility was beautiful and the restrooms were immaculate. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend it.

I have had my membership since the Hand and Stone I go to open a few years ago. I have always been happy with the service that I received from the time I started going. I have never had a problem with anyone that works there or my massage therapist or any of the girls want to have a facial it's just a fantastic experience.

From the moment I walked in until I left, everyone was sincerely kind and helpful. The coconut water was a great touch! Was so pleased, I signed up for the membership! Great experience! Besides all of this, the cost was better than anywhere else I have been.
