I had a great experience at the Southpark location. Recently, I've been struggling with a great deal of personal and professional stress. It's been exceptionally difficult. I read about the mental health benefits of massage therapy and decided to give it a try. It was exceptional. I felt safe to just not think about my issues for an hour and focus on my emotional well-being. I signed up for a membership after only having 1 massage at Hand and Stone. I think this will be a great addition to my mental healthcare plan. Shoutout to Tina!
