My experience at Hand and Stone was once of the best I have had. The ambiance and general feel of the space is calm and serene. My therapist, Fiona, is fantastic. She has a mental commitment to my therapy as well as the exceptional physical touch she provides.

I have been getting monthly massages for years now. Brett was by far the best therapist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His knowledge and skill exceeded all expectations! I cant wait to come back soon!

I have always enjoyed visiting the South Park location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They listen and definitely cater to your specific areas. I do wish there were more appointments available for facials and by booking it via the website it would make it easier to coordinate facial with massage times. But overall, I was always satisfied with the services provided.

Great experience from start to finish. Both women who performed my services were wonderful. I will definitely be returning while I am staying in Charlotte.

The therapist Brett was wonderful and professional. The cost of a one time appt is rather high, so I will likely not return soon. The membership seems reasonable, but I am just coming out of a different membership and it doesn't seem prudent during a pandemic to start a new one.

Dr D has been my therapist for a couple of years and she is hands down the best in the business. The new front desk staff is bomb and gives the establishment a more welcoming and spa like vibe opposed to checking in to a doctors office. Love the new flavor! I've been a member for years and don't plan on going anywhere :)
