The staff and therapist were all great to work with. They were very kind. Brett was knowledgeable and effective in his work. I very much appreciate the experience. What I don't appreciate is the length of this survey. Since I visited your business while on a business trip I won't likely return soon. While it may solicit the information you THINK you want or even need, it's fsr too long for a $5 credit. I am happy to work for it, but consider your future clients time. This was my first experience with this business and this survey leaves a very poor taste in my mouth and makes me want to contact Massage Envy next time. Ugh!

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store was very clean and rooms had great ambiance.

There have been many improvements to the Spacsince new ownership took over including the black robes that flit me now (the old white robes were too big) also, the receptionists offered water before I sat down which was great! The toilet in the ladies bathroom is still loose on the floor but I think it should be fixed soon!

Brandon had very good listening skills. He asked often about pressure used. Began with face up and worked my neck area and shoulder area. Abigail was friendly and took feedback well.

Massage therapist was friendly and very good at her job. Atmosphere was very relaxing. I felt like a completely renewed person leaving the spa. Would highly recommend to anyone

Dr D is THE best massage therapist in town! She is very in tune with the body and is a tremendous asset to the Southpark location. Please keep Dr D happy and motivated. She is highly experienced and provides excellent instruction to the staff. Thanks!
