Checking in via the app and a short wait time in the reception area, which smelled amazing, started my experience off well. Jennifer was professional and attentive to my needs and comfort. My massage targeted my sore spots and was very relaxing.

Noel always asks about my concerns at the beginning of the appointment. She takes her time applying the products. The results are always good.

Receptionist was friendly and inviting. Massage therapist was profesional and very thorough. I was very relaxed and comfortable.

i have coming to Taylar for close to 1 year. She is always pleasant and knowledgeable about products used during my service and when she makes recommendations. She will reference past products purchased and check if i need any refills. She is the best and i have made many recommendation for people to visit her.

I am so satisfied with this Hand and Stone location, that I have never tried the Hand and Stone location closer to my home. The Therapists at Longwood are all excellent, the reception staff if excellent and I always get a great massage. This location is busy, but I believe it is because they are really good.
