Over the phone and in person, the reception staff is friendly, professional, and willing to take the time to help assist me. The therapists for both my husband and I were attentive and trained well. Because the business runs well, the employees are relaxed and treat each other with respect. We travel past two other H&S locations to come to Longwood because of the employees. This location has a professional yet comfortable atmosphere we really appreciate.
