The entry was inviting and smelled great. Receptionists were friendly and warm. My wait time was nonexistent. Jennifer made me aware of a free member upgrade that was available and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot stone upgrade.

Of the therapists i use they always satisfy my massage needs .

Prices are increasing, but I’m not getting anything more. Point system is confusing. Not many excellent massage therapists.

My massage therapist was wonderful. Very accommodating and made me feel very comfortable.

My aesthetician is highly knowledgeable, makes me relax and feel pampered and is always able to answer my questions or gets back to me in a reasonable time.

Irene is the most knowledgeable and professional staff member there. With her retiring next month, I will need to decide if I continue my membership. Her attention to detail and hygiene standards are second to none. She will be missed.

Nachi is why I have kept my membership as long as I have. I tired one other Esthetician and she rushed through it. All of the massages I had there were not good and totally rushed through them. Actually hearing the massage therapist sigh! Nachi is amazing though and goes the extra mile to make sure you get a good treatment!

Maria is an exceptional therapist that I will always request.

Amy Lee is amazing.

I have been to multiple estheticians over the years and Nachi is far by the best. She has improved my skin from having tons of acne to a clear face.
