My experience overall at Hand and Stone Carrollwood location is always amazing. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable. The front desk also made me aware of the attention button before my appointment. After my appointment, had me rebook which was amazing. What a great staff of customer service.

Becky, massage therapist, is the best at relieving my sore back, shoulders, and arms. She seems to intuitively know where to apply correct pressure and I appreciate her calm, kind demeanor.

The massage was wonderful. The AC was blasting in the waiting area so it was very chilly, but I was earlier than I expected to be so it was probably just that I was sitting there for too long. My massage therapist Kristal was fantastic as always.

Overall, I thought the service was spectacular. My masseuse was extremely welcoming and made sure everything was good a couple times through the service. The scalp massage add on was also a good bonus!
