It is always a friendly and relaxing experience. My esthetician is very thorough in her summary of my skin. She makes recommendations of what I should choose to do that day with regard to upgrades.

The front staff, especially Casey, were very helpful and provided a warm welcome. My massage therapist, I believe was named Laila. She was very professional, provided a great massage and very conscientious of my wants along with the time.
