Anya was very knowledgeable and thorough with my facial. She gave me advice on how to improve my skin. She took her time during my facial.

The message therapist was very friendly and listened to me needs. The manager apologized for the appointment not starting on time and explained the reason. The message itself was very relaxing and I felt great after it was over.

Facial was very good. Will book with same gal next time. I am highly DISSATISFIED with the $10.00 / month charge to freeze my acct. I just need to catch up with credits. Do NOT think I should be charged at all to freeze my acct.

Great experience and my esthetician did a great job answering my questions! Only reason I would not return is that I was visiting from out of town. My only dislike is that the front desk asks you if you want to add a gratuity loudly in a lobby full of people. I was going to anyways, but its kind of pointed. And then asks you the amount to say verbally to them
