I asked for a therapist qualified in deep tissue massage. Erica was represented as someone who could definitely meet my needs. I have had a number of massages by different therapists (not Hand and Stone) asking to address the same problem,neck and shoulder pain and tightness. None resulted in the kind of relief provided by Erica. I am disappointed that the next available session with Erica is not until the end of September. I want for Erica to recommend another therapist that I might have in the meantime. I want Erica to do this as she is now clear about my needs, the nature of my body, and what it took to provide the successful result that was attained.

The therapist was very good and seemed to be experienced. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Erica is great! She is the reason I go to H & S. If she leaves I will probably leave too. Keep her there as long as you can.

All of the staff are pleasant and efficient. My esthetician always makes me feel comfortable and she always remembers to have the table heated for me. She always give me a good analysis of my skin.

This was the first time I had a massage with Irene. She was terrific. But when making the appointment weeks before it was very frustrating to get another appointment that fit my schedule with a Therapist with a firm technique.

The staff was very informative and friendly. My estechian is very knowedgeable and in tune with my needs.
