The entry into the establishment was relaxing. As I entered the building I was met with a very welcoming front desk receptionist, therefore I felt like I was going to be taking care of! Prompt and very professional.

Sarah is extremely professional friendly and knowledgeable. She addressed my skin concerns and offered me a 3 month plan of action. The staff is friendly and professional.

My facial was just what I needed/wanted.

Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The massages are very relaxing and helpful for the aches and pains. The relaxing feeling stays after I leave.

My esthetician, Sam, was highly knowledgeable and friendly. Due to it being my first facial I was a little nervous about what to expect. I instantly felt at ease as soon as I met with Sam. She explained what she was going to be doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment.

I asked the receptionist at the last visit to cancel my membership. She said she would take care of it. I double checked whether she needed me to fill out a form and the answer was no. She said she would take care of it. Next month I asked again and found out not only was she incorrect but she head not processed anything yet. I am now told I will be charged for 2 months rather than 1 before cancellation can be done. I am awaiting a call from the manager as the front desk person tried to bully me into just accepting this as an appropriate answer.

Therapist was knowledgeable. Applied adequate and appropriate amounts of pressure. Addressed the problem areas I highlighted.

This is my second experience with a massage facility. My first was with a different facility and I never returned. I was very happy with my experience a Hand & Stone. I am very likely to return.
