I find the employees at Hand and Stone to be very welcoming and helpful. I have asked for suggestions on products to purchase and have been happy with those products. I enjoy my time having a facial as it is relaxing as well as a healthy thing to take care of myself.

I'm highly satisfied at this hand and stone because the receptionists are always polite, friendly, and happy, and my massage therapist is always very attentive to my needs, and checks in before, during, and after the appointment about how I'm feeling.

I was very satisfied with all aspects of this particular Hand & Stone. The only thing is the location was far from my house (that's why my rating was low). I usually go to H & S in West Windsor. I buy the BOGO offer every year (at West Windsor), but somehow last year I called the Princeton H & S to order the offer and had to use the promotional offer there. It's too bad it's so far from me, as the therapist and staff where lovely!

My massage therapist was amazing. She communicated very well, hit all of the areas I asked for and truly helped me relax. Can't wait to come back.
