Because of Covid I have not been anywhere. This was my first time back and with Amy I had a very relaxing facial.

The reception staff is always pleasant and efficient. My esthetician is always pleasant, gives me advice on my skin care, offers suggestions on different options to do during my session

Once I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and relaxing. Staff was very professional and made my visit welcoming.

Anya was great! She first asked if I had any problems with my skin and when I told her, she addressed those issues perfectly and even gave me suggestions of types of products I can use in order to continue with hydrating my skin properly. My facial was also extremely relaxing and I’m looking forward to going back for my next one!

The Associates are always very friendly and accommodating. My massage technician "Erica" is "The Best"!!! I have followed her from previous establishments for 'years' and would follow her again. Hopefully she will remain at Hand and Stone! I compliment all the associates at the front desk and Heather is wonderful!
