Hand and Stone

As Ive mentioned before, Issac is absolutely amazing. He is engaging, personable and always makes me feel welcomed. He remembers things that I mention in conversation and will bring it up in future conversations. This lets me know that he really listens and cares. At this point, although our relationship has only been in a professional manner, I consider him a friend. Feeling heard and understood helps me relax and the efforts that he takes to do this, means the world to me. We need more people like Issac.

Took me on time. The therapist meet my needs in focusing on problrm area. Receptionist was friendly

Service was good and met my needs. My only negative comment is the pressure the massage therapist and front desk gives you to purchase add-ons or spend more money. And the waiting room is a little small and takes away from the relaxing feeling when people are coming in/out and processing payments. Otherwise, it was great.

Facial service was excellent, Technician was knowledgeable and had excellent technique. The only problem was the room was very cold and despite the bed warmer being on it was very cold with one sheet.

Everyone was super kind and friendly. I felt extremely welcome there especially for my first time. If I am in the area again, I would come back!

I would like start off by saying Veronica who was my massage Tech did an amazing job! She was very kind, she targeted my back area and did perfectly. Laura who was my facial Tech did awesome on my chin! She did great job overall very sweet and I was please with my experience. So much so I became a member

The therapist listened to my needs and was very attentive to problem areas. She was very nice and professional.

I love Hand and Stone. The staff is always professional and kind. The make you feel comfortable even though Hamilton is my "home" spa I have visited several other locations and recieved the same experience each time.

It was my first massage since COVID began. All staff made me feel completely at ease. I really appreciated that the therapist and I discussed mask preferences before the massage began. Richlyn used the perfect amount of pressure and was so kind and accommodating. The massage was absolutely fantastic and exactly what I needed after such a crazy year and a half! As soon as I got home, I booked another appointment with her online.
