Very pleasant experience. I am very sad that Efran I will no longer be working at Hand and Stone.

Therapist worked on areas that I specified. Did a wonderful job at giving me relief in very tight areas. He checked in with me during the massage to ensure my needs were being met.

Brittney was awesome, she made sure I was comfortable and enjoying my massage. Thoroughly enjoyed the massage and her professionalism.

My Facial person is extremely knowledgable and friendly. My skin always looks great when she is done. She suggests products, but doesn't push them. I trust her advice.

Rosemarie has transformed my skin with her attention to my skin issues and my concern about at home products. The front desk is always so nice and polite while checking in and checking out

My esthetician was very friendly and the room was very clean. The receptionists were also very kind and helpful!

I felt completely safe from the moment I walked in the door. After a temperature check, I went right in the room without having to wait with others. Laura is such a wonderful person and for 50 minutes I am pampered and cared for. I felt completely safe with the process that the spa has in place.

The entire experience, from making the appointment, to checking in, receiving service and checking out was seamless, pleasant and painless. I was greeted warmly, made to feel safe and comfortable by the staff as well as the therapist.

The tech was very nice and knew her craft. The building was well prepared for Covid. It was relaxing.
