I used new therapist this time. Monica made me feel comfortable upon entering the room. She listened to my preferences and did a wonderful job. I will be requesting her again.

Value for the dollar. Ease of access. Ability to bring a friend.

Tatiana was, as always, highly satisfactory in her skills and she showed her concerns with the current health issues and assured me that all means of sanitizing the area were followed.

Just the fact this is such a tough time for EVERYONE, I think everyone working there while I was a guest went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. As far as my services, it was exactly what I needed and I enjoyed both and felt great leaving not to mention very relaxed

Rob is a terrific massage therapist. I would suggest that when checking in, the receptionist remind clients to wear a mask in the waiting area. I was waiting with one other client, who was not wearing her mask. I quietly told the receptionist and she told the client to wear her mask. There is signage and I was informed of procedure when I made the appointment.

Jessica is amazing and gave me a relaxing, deep massage. I was so tense and came out feeling great. Booked my next appointment in 2 weeks already.

Megan is the best. She is so friendly and is always concerned about my facial needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I have always felt that Hand and Stone in Middletown was extremely welcoming, clean and attentive. I was beyond impressed with the additional steps taken by the staff and the management to keep the reception area looking inviting, welcoming and safe even through partitions and separation of the seating. With the staggering appointments, I actually did not even see another client and my exposure to anyone in the building was limited to the reception staff and my therapist. I congratulate you on your top notch safety practices for re-opening and I am already booked to return next week. CONGRATULATIONS on a job well done!
