I felt they took every pre caution to keep me safe & it was very clean.. staff was very professional & answered all my questions & concerns.

My first visit in many month after everything that has gone on. Everyone was friendly and explained all of the new normals fully and clearly. Everything was exceptional

Aaron always does a great job and focuses on the areas I say need a little extra work. Given the current pandemic situation I never at all felt unsafe. Everything was so clean and all precautions were taken.

The receptionist, Joe, answered all my questions over the phone while booking my apt. Paige, the receptionist, is always very friendly and remembers my name. Aaron, the massage therapist, is incredibly talented and always explains what he's doing. Overall, the new sanitary procedures and precautions were reasonable. Although, I didn't enjoy having to wear a mask for a portion of the massage and I missed having the fleece blanket (it was a bit chilly when I turned onto my back only having two sheets to cover me). Perhaps we could bring our own?

Aaron is the best therapist I have been to. He is knowledgeable and careful and I was very happy to see him. The reception area is always pleasant

I was thrilled to be able to get a massage appointment so quickly and with my regular therapist. Prior to the Pandemic I had an appointment every two weeks so it was hard for me physically and emotionally to not be able to. I feel it was a great first step for me getting back to my normal.

I love the Middletown, NJ location because of it's proximity to my house. The staff is always helpful and positive. My message and facial were fantastic! Glad you're back OPEN!

I very much enjoyed getting back to Hand & Stone after the closure. I went to a new therapist, since my regular person (Caitlin) has not yet returned to work. I had a great experience with Connie, and will book with her again!!
