It was my first facial and I enjoyed how relaxing it was as I wasn't expecting any type of massage of my shoulders, arms, etc. so that was nice to experience.

Everything was wonderful. From the time I entered into the store, to when I left, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. My massage therapist, Tabitha, was nice and friendly and ensured I was comfortable throughout! Upon check out, I ended up signing up for the package and I can't wait to come back and enjoy another massage.

The therapist, Leah, was excellent. The price was good as well .

In particular this massage therapist was exceptional. This was my 3 experience at hand and stone and I was using up a gift certificate, not likely to return. This massage therapist changed my mind. If I can get her again I will be back. Otherwise, I think the spa is fine, but not exceptional.

The check in was efficient, with pleasant lounge, no wait. Monica is very skilled and knows the areas to work on for the best results. Check out was quick and easy as well as making future appointments.
