Aaron is by far the best massage therapist I have even been to and I have been a loyal client of his for years. I am crushed to learn he is leaving!!!! My hope is that I can find a new therapist with a similar skill set, but I’m honestly uncertain if I will continue my membership if that does not happen. Such a huge loss for Hand and Stone and your clients. 😔

I have been a member of Hand & Stone, Middletown, for close to 10 years. During that time, I've had many therapists but finally found Aaron who is the first therapist to actually accommodate my needs. He focuses on areas that need attention and makes sure I feel better following. I was incredibly disappointed to learn that he will no longer be there - so much so that I will also not be coming back. There seems to have been a downturn in the employees working at this location. Additionally, the overall feel seems to have slipped, no longer truly focused on the customers and their happiness. When I checked out there were to receptionists and 8 people in line. One receptionist stayed on the phone for the entire time we were trying to check out. We even commented among ourselves it seemed like he was faking the call to avoid work. The second receptionist was incredibly slow, seemed confused and fragmented with her responsibilities. You've lost a TREMENDOUS asset in Aaron and it will have repercussions in terms of clients not returning. It's hard to say goodbye to something that's been so good for so long. Oh, and we OWN our own day spa yet still chose to come to yours all these years.

I love hand and stone because i leave there feeling refreshed and calm. I love the quality of the service for the price and how welcoming the Staff is.

When I entered I was greeted immediately, which I feel is very import. The receptionist was very helpful to help me understand my gift cards on how I should use them. I was offered to stay for an appointment because they had a no show. I found this location to be very clean and efficient! Most of all my therapist Mia was outstanding!!! She used the perfect amount of pressure, hit pressure points I didn't know I had. Great overall experience.

As a regular client, I find that the new reception staff makes an effort to get to know me quickly and within 2-3 visits, they know me by name. Sometimes I do find the Front desk area very chaotic when the receptionists are being watched over or there are too many staff members behind the desk. The massage therapists (Angela & Monica) that I have been treated by are highly qualified and skilled with their knowledge and treatment. I find them to be extremely professional and respectful while making me feel welcome and at ease. I have also had similar experiences with Megan as my aesthetician. I always feel that each visit is unique and that she treats me as a whole and not just a face.
