Staff is friendly. My massage therapist is awesome. I go to her every month and she always makes me feel like I’m family.

Megan is wonderful. I have been coming here several years just for her. She is very attentive to my needs and skin. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

This location has been consistently great at having last minute availability and great massage therapists and staff. I don't have a regular person at this location but everyone I have tried, after relaying my needs for a firmer pressure to the receptionist, has been amazing. The location is always clean and I feel great every time I go. There is a location closer to me but the availability and ability of the therapists is lacking. Again, I'm a busy person, last minute booker (like day of) and this location is just consistently great. Kudos to you.

I had Amelia for a 1 hour Swedish massage. She was beyond amazing and is hands down the best Hand & Stone masseuse I’ve ever had. She was also very knowledgeable and caring. I recommend Amelia to absolutely everyone! 10/10 STARS! She helped my neck, back and shoulders . Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

I love the staff at Hand and Stone in Middletown. My massage therapist always attends to my problem areas. It is always extremely easy to book appointments.

I was very comfortable going in for my facial. Everything was explained to me, she checked with me throughout to make sure I was ok. Everyone was very pleasant and made me feel welcome.

Colleen has done facials for years and she is the best .

The highlight of every month is when I go see Jess and H&S! She is absolutely AMAZING!

The place is very clean in the massage therapist was extremely knowledgeable of body parts and did a very good job. There was a 15 minute delay my massage but no big deal
