My experience with my massage went very smoothly. My massage therapist worked hard to ensure I was satisfied with my experience. She focused on my problem areas and I felt very good leaving the facility.

An appointment was available when I asked for one. The procedures appear to be consistent with CDC guidelines. The therapist was friendly, responsive to my requests, and skilled at her work.

The reception staff is very friendly and welcoming. My regular massage therapist is WONDERFUL!! The location is convenient, and there is rarely a problem scheduling an appointment at the day/time I want.

It's been a pleasure having Leah as my massage therapist. She has done a fantastic job addressing any concerns I have and has made great recommendations to me over time.
