I think Lindsey is the best facial estitician there is. Friendly, knowledgeable, and great bedside manners. I only book facials with her. If she ever left, I would cancel my membership.

Both Kate and Paris were wonderful. They were friendly and professional. Kate met all my problem areas with knowledge and care. Paris was also knowledgeable and cared about my concerns. Thank you to both of them.

Welcome, check in & end of visit charge by Lilly was excellent. Alexa reviewed my personal information to personalize my facial. She gave very concise explanations. The initial massage was excellent.

My therapist listens well. She understands what I need. She applies just the right pressure for me and covers everything I need.

I enjoyed my facial because Abi, my esthetician was super friendly and knowledgable. The spa was also very patient with me when I was running 10 minutes late. Both Abi and the receptionists were very knowledgable about the products available in the reception area, and helped me to pick out two skincare products that I've already gotten use out of! I will definitely be back, and I see a ton of value in my membership.

My Hand and Stone location is always very relaxing and the staff are always friendly and kind. I've been seeing Brittni for facials since I became a member at Hand & Stone about a year and a half now and she's great.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Alexa was wonderful, she explained things from the beginning and during, making me feel at ease. Her product and knowledge was excellent as far as what she could recommend for me.
