Everything was great. I waited less than 5 min before I was taken back. JC was awesome! If I engaged in conversation, so did he and if I was quiet and just enjoying my massage, HE DIDNT TALK OR RAMBLE ON!!! That is very important to me. I hate when a therapist just continues to talk through the whole massage. JC really did a fantastic job at getting rid of my cement blocks on my shoulders!

I visit the same massage therapist monthly. He applies the perfect amount of pressure and always spends the right amount of time on problem areas .

The overall caring and information recieved from reception and from Paige. The gentleness and how personal it was. Everyone listened to my concerns.

Brittani adds to her facials by giving a very effective neck and shoulder massage. I have a lot of tension in those areas, so I really appreciate the treatment. It's what sets her aside from the other estheticians, who barely touched my face, neck and shoulders.

I LOVE Hand & Stone! It's only 2 minutes from my house, the salon is always inviting and the receptionists are always friendly! My esthetician is the absolute BEST! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helps me to address any and all issues with my skin, not to mention always keeping me on track with products. Thank you, everyone!

I would like to tell you Nikki, Hannah and Brittany are the best. The front desk needs more Nikki and Hannah’s. Britt I have been seeing for two years now and I have never been so happy!!! She is such an amazing Esthetician and person!!!! Thank you 🙏 for employing her!!!

I had an issue with one another therapist but not with Michael he is fabulous. I am not happy to see an increase in membership cost after 1 year.

I always have an excellent massage. I have been a member since the Happy Valley store opened. Having a massage every 2 weeks is the best!

This was my first visit with Abi as I had been going to the same esthetician for some time and was worried about changing now that shw is gone. Abi was AMAZING! I am so pleased and looking forward to having her be my regular esthetician now.
