Massage was good and addressed my sore / tight areas.

The front desk is always very friendly and accommodating, asking if I want water while I wait, etc.. The staff is very good at what they do. I’ve never had a bad massage or facial. Very relaxing and professional.

Brittany, is so knowledgeable and super friendly. She made me feel comfortable during my facial, and I felt rejuvenated when I left.

Brittney was excellent. My skin is shows a big improvement after just one facial. My lines around my lips and eyes are almost invisible. My friends could see the improvement in my skin. Also the massage was an added bonus. Brittney also recommended some products that I am excited to try. I will be back. Excellent service

He listened to what I said that I wanted, added in his professional opinion on my skin's needs and then engaged me in a conversation to determine what would be the best for me and my skin. I chose to add on microderm abrasion and could not be happier with the results!

I've alway had a great experience at Hand & Stone. It's easy for me to get appointments that fit my schedule. The massage therapist I see regularly pays attention to my areas of need. She works out the kinks without leaving me sore the next day. I always leave refreshed and relaxex.

Conconsistency! Quality and value of services, the therapists and esthetician’s, tranquil and well kept facilities and promotions. Doesn’t matter who I see, I have always had very good service and treatments. One suggestion for improvement is the ability to book appointments directly online (the last time I tried it I had to send an email and wait for a call back which is too inconvenient). I am very satisfied and happy to have a membership and consider it a health investment in ME. I always look forward to my appointments.
