I have used the same Massage therapist And Esthetician for several years—they know me and my needs well and provide exceptional service to me

Paris was wonderful. She gave me real expectations and advice on how to maintain my skin. She spent a great deal of the time on my problem areas. Recommended new product. Was easy to talk to and pleasant!

Lindsey did an excellent job, as always. I booked my appointment online and was called the next day and asked to change it to a time that was not showing online. Why book online if someone is just going to call me and tell me I have to change the time. Either have the flexibility to show times by each individual or don't allow booking online. Also - my massage therapists keep leaving. I've had several over the years that have been excellent, but they all move on. I'm going to try out a few new ones before making the decision on whether to cancel my membership.

I prefer when the massage therapist isn’t overly talkative during my massages. Brandy only spoke during the massage when necessary. This allows me to fully relax and enjoy the experience.
