I was satisfied with my visit to Hand and Stone because everyone was very professional and nice, I felt welcome, and most importantly the massage felt amazing.

I felt that my esthetision was very thorough with my facial. She seems very detailed in everything she does. It never seems rushed. She also communicates with me on every step of the way. She seems to genuinely care about my skin and what it does or doesn't need. I always feel relaxed and rejuvenated after.

Nicole was very knowledgeable, explained each product she was using and the reason why. She maintained good communication between herself and me during the time I was there. Suggested some products that might help me, but wasn't overly pushy about me purchasing more items than I wanted. I highly recommend her.

I have been a member for years, and have always been very happy with the results. I am able to book my massages out and get them when and with the therapist I want. I always leave feeling much better than when I arrived. They do a great job!

The staff is friendly and I am usually able to book a convenient time for a massage. The spa is clean and inviting. The quality of the massage varies with the provider, but I have not been unhappy with any of the services.
