Ambiance of the room very comfortable. Aesthetician very nice and she did a great job. Location close to home.

From immediately walking into the spa I felt relaxed already. Very peaceful and calming environment. All of the staff was very accommodating. I joined membership!

Great service experience! Downside was the cost of products - not very sustainable for a working parent. Also the gift card system needs to be tightened up! Employees can easily select an incorrect gift card from a member’s account upon payment, leaving the true recipient feeling awkward! Thankfully my $ was refunded, but this type of mistake should not even be able to occur.

This was the 2nd appointment I had with Amanda @ the Happy Valley location. I was impressed that she remembered I was a dragonboater. Amanda was excellent. I will book with her again.
