The services performed were great and the massage therapist (Grayson) is always excellent. I sometimes have trouble getting appointments, and have been cancelled on a number of times but that did not affect this visit.

I tried to use new member first month $10 off coupon on my 80 minute massage. It wasn't subrtracted on receipt. When I thought the price was $10 over expected I asked if there is $30 upcharge for 80 minute massage and receptionist said yes. But when I looked at receipt later doesn't show $10 subtracted from total. I saved receipt and plan to ask about this again. If the coupons won't be honored, they shouldn't be put in the welcome packet. Ann gave me a great massage that was worth what I paid so though I'm a bit annoyed about this, I'm still extremely satisfied with the massage service. Still feeling great 24 hours later. Thank you again Ann! :)

The massage was the perfect pressure, the techniques were awesome,and I felt comfortable with the therapist. Probably the best massage I’ve ever had, which is saying a lot.

Ann made me feel comfortable from the moment I met her!! She was always checking in with me about pressure and was very careful with a painful shoulder I had told her about. She was very inspirational in her beliefs of self care and I enjoyed our conversation on alternative therapies. I will definately book my next appointment with her!!!

I've been going to Josh A at Hand &Stone for a few years now, his massages are amazing. My body knows what it needs and massage is definitely at the top of the list. This appointment was after I had been away from OR for a few months -- and for me and my body it was excellent. The care, skills, and "welcome back" I received was just what I needed. I am grateful for this recent massage and all the previous and future ones.

The experience was lovely, got a massage then a facial, both of them were amazingly knowledgeable about the services they provided, I will be back for sure!
