I have been booking every three weeks with Lindsey for several months we are working on my brown spots on my face and I'm still very satisfied

My therapist focused on everything that I asked for. She stayed very conscious of my areas of concern and made sure I was comfortable.

The quality of the knowledge of the staff is wonderful. I like the massage therapists and the facial technicians that I have had over the years. However I do NOT appreciate your signs to say how much to tip. For instance if you felt your treatment was EXCELLENT your percentage or advice on how much to tip is over 30%. $24 for an 80 min. treatment is a 30% tip. Really???? That is NOT acceptable. Also I do NOT like the increase in the price of the spa treatments. Your Christmas in July deals use to be $39.95. Now it is $10 more. What kind of a deal is that? I have been a member since this spa first opened and I don't like some of the changes that I am witnessing.

I am always treated as truly a valued customer. The front desk folks are always so friendly and helpful! My esthetician is incredibly knowledgeable, makes me look 10 years younger, always goes above and beyond for me at my appointments, and I truly feel the cost equals the highest quality value! Thank you!

My esthetician was wonderful. He explained everything and gave his recommendations, while listening to what I wanted. He recommended products only when I asked, so I did not feel like he was pushy or trying to sell product.

The esthetician does a thorough job. She is detailed oriented. I appreciate her knowledge and friendliness!

Love the staff at this location, have been to other locations in the past and not as satisfied. I really like Paris for my facials and my husband goes to Lindsey. Front desk staff always very sweet too!
