I was highly satisfied with my facial; feel so much better after the pampering I get there. I like to stay with the same person because of her expertise, friendliness, and professionalism. The only problem I had was trying to get the appointment. I called in 3 times during open hours and got voicemail each time, saying they would call me back (once at 3 pm, once at 5:30 and once at 6:30). Later in the week I called again and finally got a person. Another time I called, I was put on hold; waited 15 minutes and then was cut off. Not good for business...
