I was completely satisfied with the overall experience. The front desk was very helpful in answering questions I had. Alexa was very professional. She explained what she was doing and the products she used. She answered questions I had. It was a wonderful facial and was surprised I received a neck and shoulder massage also. Which to me was a bonus. I will definitely return and would love to have Alexa do my facial again.
