I had an appointment at 6pm. When I arrived I was not on the appointment list but the receptionist could tell that someone on the staff had cancelled my appointment earlier that morning. The staff (Paris) was willing to stay late and I came back at 8pm for my appointment.

I have been a member since 2009 and have always been satisfied. Since having Meredith over the past 1 1/2 years I have never been as pleased. Front desk also is more than efficient and friendly.

I've literally had over 100 massages in my lifetime and I can genuinely say that Lisa is one of, if not the best I've ever had. She truly listens and is invested in her clients well being. I would book with her once a week if she wasn't already booked up so far in advance for being as amazing as she is! I am super pleased with this Hand and Stone location overall. Sometimes membership massage places only offer positions to entry level therapist, but I I'm confident in knowing that Hand and Stone has a therapist to meet everyone's needs.
