Hand and Stone

I really like Kalena. I feel great after her massage. The front counter staff is great. I did notice that the computers weren't working after my appointment while others were checking in. With the spa being so great it would be nice for the staff to have computers that measure up to the rest of the spa. I've noticed computer problems 3 or 4 times since I've been a member. But the spa is great. I feel pampered there.

My massage therapist, Josh knows what I need and when I need specific treatments. I added the peppermint foot treatment and it was wonderful. A few days before my massage appointment I was able to add a chin wax immediately after my massage and that was so nice and accomodating at Hand and Stone.
