Great therapist Kalena. She gives very personalized service and is quite talented. Add on cost for additional 30 minutes is too high. The receptionists tend to be a bit condescending at check in asking "how are we today " I learned about the point system thru a friend but had never been asked if I wanted to use my points - I had over 10,000
