Every single person was very friendly, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. My facial was wonderful and Dan was excellent. Very happy with my experience and have signed up for monthly service. Have already told a couple people about my experience.

The therapist did not talk during the treatment, and I was able to concentrate on my breathing. Ariel, was very confident applying the modalities that she used. The appropriate amount of pressure was used during cross fiber, and deep myofacial release, if a muscle pushed back, she did not try and force a release. The supine back and neck massage was very relaxing, I liked the way she stretched my anterior tibialis as a way to bring the massage to an end. 5 stars.

I had an appointment for a 50 min massage and Hand and Stone needed to cancel it because of an illness so they moved me to the facial and they handled it very nicely and at the facial I said it didn't normally like them as I always felt my face once heavy and oily when I left and this time I felt great.

Staff was prompt and professional , young girls were pretty and smart and knew how to present the brochure with all the information . Eastatician was good and kind . Accommodating in every way

Josh is a wonderful therapist. He's always ver professional and listens to what I need from each treatment.

Unless you want a 1 hr swedish massage it's very difficult to use the membership packages and impossible to book online, although I would love to do so. So, I"m forced to call to book an appointment. The problem is this specific location is not not customer experience friendly in this regard. I called 4 times in 2 hours, on the 4th time, someone actually picked up and immediately said "Let me take your number and I'll call you back". Never received a call back (this is typical of my experience at this location- I have never ever received a call back even when they say they will). I called back over an hour later, and once I finally got someone on the phone, they were very nice and helpful booking the service I wanted. However, as I was trying to maximize my services as I was using at least 2 membership packages, I asked questions about the add-ons and she could not explain what several of them involved. So, essentially, it is typically a stressful process just trying to book an appointment and use my packages. Once there, the massage and experience is great! To be clear, other locations do not have this issue. If I call the NE Williamson location, they answer the phone and are helpful every time,so I have gone there at times bc the process is so much easier even though it's further away and I prefer this location's therapists.

Because nothing is perfect

Massage was nice, the therapist was very friendly and welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable during my appointment but it wasn’t the best massage I’ve ever had so that is why I rated it as such.

I was disappointed at the time a lot of from my appointment. It was said to be an hour long, I was on time for my appointment. I got in the room at 1:38. When my massage was over, I laid on the table for at least five minutes and when I looked at the clock, the time was 228. It felt like a short massage and it was expensive so I was disappointed At the length of my appointment. I have another appointment next week. I hope that the hour will be respected.
