I came in after scheduling a relaxing massage, and was so sore and bruised the next day. I don't think I would come back. I am STILL looking for a relaxing massage.

I meant to choose highly satisfied, can't figure out how to go back and change my answer.

Clean and beautiful environment. One very friendly and helpful staff member; the other two were okay. I wish I could have received arm and hand massage as I normally do when I get facials elsewhere, however, the service I received was acceptable.

I originally booked a 60 minute massage with an added 30 minutes for some reason the original person who’s gonna do the massage couldn’t and when they rebooked me for a later time during that day, they left off the 30 minutes so my hour and a half massage went down to an hour massage, and then when I came in and I was talking to the massage therapist, it was revealed that my massage was only an hour, so I was highly disappointed that my massage was only going to be an hour. That was very disappointing that I didn’t get my hour and a half that I had originally booked.

Would enjoy being offered warm pack before services

I have to schedule appointments a month in advance. It's difficult to plan that far ahead with three kids.

Its a luxury so it is on the expensive side. Thats ok, its my choice

Prices for services seem to be rising at an extremely high rate. Services once included are now being charged a fee. I have also heard that the monthly membership rate is also going up. You might be pushing members over the limits they would be willing to pay.

The massage lasted 41 minutes and he spent so much time on my shoulders he didn’t get anywhere else and I certainly didn’t say to only do my shoulders I don’t think it was any near being worth $139
