My massage was booked for 7pm… I was not taken back to the room until 7:10. I was scheduling for an hour massage and it was ended at 7:52. I was unhappy the massage was cut short because they’re expensive and you should get your full hour. However, I did have a wonderful massage therapist.

It seems like the visits get shorter and shorter. I also am not a huge fan of the prenatal upcharge given the massage is exactly the same as I have been receiving, with the exception that I am offered extra cushioning that I don't even care for. Also, upon inquiring if it made more sense to use 2 packages for the upgrades or pay out of pocket, I was told to use 2 packages and that I am only losing $9.95. Why should I lose any money at all?

I had 2 practitioners throughout my year membership- Alexis as aesthetician and Ethan as masseur. They were both excellent and kept me coming back.

Love this location and the staff- the only thing I was dissatisfied about was the back facial. My esthetician did not massage my hands and arms while the mask was sitting on my back for 12 minutes like the other esthetician do. For the cost that I paid for this service I would expect more

Over the years every time I found a therapist I liked, they quit. Then I have to find another one. Right now I haven’t found one I am quite satisfied with. I feel like my information was not being recorded properly. Such as: I have an old whiplash injury with degenerative discs so I cannot have any twisting or turning of my neck, which I have to explain every single time I go in; on my most recent visit this information seem to freak out my therapist so I did not get a very good massage and she cut my time short, with a mini lecture. If my information has been properly relayed to her, I don’t think there would’ve been this sort of problem.

Reception was noisy. No real opportunity to relax before appointment. Music was loud. No aroma therapy option.

You guys are great. There has just been so billing confusion with a credit card change and our memberships getting suspended. I was asked for my last treatment if I wanted to use a package and I said yes and left, I ended up not having credit on my account and was charged for the service- I wish I had been called about it, instead I saw the charge and called and asked to switch it to points. Just more proactive communication like “looks like your account has been suspended” or “can we use another method of payment.” Perhaps your system has limited functionality.

I was using a $69 gift card to pay for my massage. Was told prices has gone up to $79 and it would be an additional $10. I was under the impression that the card was for a basic massage when I bought a few of them at a special price a few months ago. The odd thing is when I bought them it was a sale price from the regular price of $79, and now I'm being told the price had gone up to $79 ? I doesn't make sense.

Very happy with esthetician and service. Even when calling to make appt my calls are cut off. When I make a continued appt in person, the front gal didn’t even do it even though it was confirmed and there was another person who helped make appt too. Each time I call there’s always a booking difficulty but when I am able to get in the therapist says they are open and I shouldn’t have for wait for months like the receptionist says. They just have caller id to pick and choose who gets in or not.
