It’s very hard to find a booking time.

The dissatisfaction stems from the delayed start of the service and end of the service with several more minutes left. To compensate for the delayed start, the service should have ended exactly the time it started. I mentioned my concern to the Receptionist and she informed me a relevant information and for that, I do understand the delay..but it still doesn't explain the fact why the service ended several minutes early. Due to the delayed start, the prep time was also shortened, and my Provider is apologetic for that. I will still recommend my Provider despite these concerns because I believe my Provider have knowledge of the craft! Thank you!

I love my massages. They have always been amazing. Facials, not my favorite. The person was nice doing my facial, she did have to leave for 10/15 min trying to find a machine that she recommended. And my facial still ended at the same time. Slightly disappointing. Will continue to use my membership for massages.

Someone else's appointment was charged to my bank card which left me with $3 in my bank account on my 40th birthday. The refund has now finally gone through. The communication during that situation was more on the defense than trying to be apologetic and helpful.

Would like to be able to get prepped in room a bit early so massage is a full hour. If the person before me takes too long, it eats into my time.

This was my first professional message, so I have nothing to compare it to and due to my reason for this visit I'm unsure of its effectiveness.

The aesthetic person was new to me and it felt like she was unsure of herself and the order of what to do certain tasks during the facial. It would have been nice to be told that she doesn’t do eyebrow waxing.

Experience was satisfactory, nothing wrong. But I do not give highly satisfactory for service that is expected for the amount of money paid. Massage therapist provides a very nice massage and I look forward to next appt

Was not in massage room until 15 minutes after scheduled time. Massage itself was about 45 minutes. Th actual time on table seems to be getting shorter and shorter.

Treatments recommended, which I did. I feel it took away from some of the basic facial steps. Happy with the overall treatment and results.
