I feel every time I go, I am being upsold with products. The value seems steep. and then the suggested tipping seems high too. I spent almost $300 for the Dimond facial and chest.

Making an appointment on-line is not user friendly and I could not get through calling to make appointment. I booked my appointment for 90 min massage only to be told it was changed to a 60 min session when I arrived. Massage was great however.

I had booked a Himalyan hot stone massage and this did not occur. I am also trying to understand why I was charged so much when I used a gift card for my visit and should have only been charged for a deep tissue massage.

The only issue was that the table warmer was broken. It was pretty cold for the first half of massage. The massage itself was good.

I feel that the facial lacked compared to other facials. There was no added arm massage during the 10 minute final mask, which I have experienced with other H&S facials.

Great overall. Just not blown away.

This therapist always cuts massage times short- starts late, finishes early. There aren’t many females working who have both firm pressure style and availability when I can go.

The receptionist was flirting, I felt very uncomfortable. Also I paid for the peppermint oil and it was never used. But the therapist was great to work with.

I was convinced of cupping and it wasn't what I expected and was painful in most areas. I was very sore in spots from the gliding and I had to pay more for that technique. I would of rathered not have it at all, cupping was what she called it and it wasnt actual cupping at all. It was gliding cups over my body vs hand massage. Which I prefer!

I thought the booking experience was a little bit unclear. I was looking to book online a specific service listed on the website but could not find it so I called. I figured out later, it was an add-on option.
