I was disappointed about the about the massage room. The room was too cold and the was too loud. I can hear people talking outside the door. I didn’t feel relaxed when the massage was going on.

Overall satisfied but just had a reaction to cervical part of the massage later that evening noting dizziness and most likely from cervical pressure applied

I am glad I went for the experience. It seemed like the the adjustment with the add on courtesy and what it actually covered was confusing. I think I need to give this service another try. The esthetician was pleasant and the service refreshing. Thank you!

I was only expecting one or two upgrades, but there was somehow extra one I didn’t expect. And even with that, I don’t really see any visible improvement so kind of a waste.

If I am satisfied that is good. Highly satisfied is for exceptional quality and most places don't get it.

The masseuse, Kana, was wonderful, but the cost is too high for those of us on budgets. The receptionist pushed too hard to sell me a membership even when I declined the first time. Also I had to wait for three weeks to get an appointment with Kana, who was my masseuse once before. I had shoulder issues that needed treatment much sooner.

It’s becoming difficult to make appointments unless they are made 3 or more months in advance. Then when appt is made it’s highly likely it will get changed by staff by the time the appt happens. Extremely difficult to schedule with another person (2 at the same time)

I had a good experience with my facial. It was not, however, the best facial I've had. The esthetician was experienced and familiar with the products. I didn't come out feeling "wowed." Id go back but probably ask for another esthetician.
