Wanted water after massage

There always seems to be confusion over the cost of services. I would like a written order from my aesthetician to take to the front desk with me - what she yours and what they want to charge me are always different.

I go to H&S to relax. In general, the tone is very calm and quiet but I’d prefer less meaningless chitchat.

I wish hands and feet were included. I paid an additional fee for massage on the feet. This was not a good value. More training may be needed for massaging feet.

The sheets were so stiff and itchy. I expected more from the sheets. Other than that is was great, that would just have been more nicer to have soft sheets for the relaxing piece.

The heater in the room was incredibly noisy.

Therapist was great. Just sometimes there is alot going g on at front desk...perhaps partly social making it feel a little chaotic

The service was fine but not stellar. I left there satisfied, not amazed. This matched a traditional massage that I would have received elsewhere. I was satisfied enough to return.

Poor regulation / contour of air conditioning in facility and the rooms (known issue). No music played during the massage. The therapist checked and the front desk told him that the iPod was unplugged and had to be charged. It is part of the experience and being able to relax and tune out by having soothing background music. My appointment was at 1:00 so not sure if it was working previously or not.
