It was a nice massage the therapist maybe talked a little more then I would like. It’s hard to relax when someone is talking.

I don’t care for the therapist, I thought I had asked not to have him before. He asks frequently how the pressure is but does not increase pressure when asked.

I was satisfied with my appointment, I finally received. however I had canceled a previous appointment and rescheduled but when I showed up for the rescheduled appointment the person hadn’t actually rescheduled me, so the receptionist scheduled me for an appointment at that time for the next day.

For whatever reason, even though I was speaking articulately and spelling, the male receptionist was having a difficult time hearing me. I would have rather booked online to save the trouble, but he explained that it was better over the phone. In the end, I still didn’t receive the email he was going to send me because he spelled it wrong. I wasn’t upset at all, just thought the whole scheduling thing could have been much easier than what it was, taking maybe 15 minutes. When I asked questions, I received a “well…” or “ummm…” I was on your website looking for answers, and it wasn’t clear at first, yet the receptionist didn’t seem knowledgeable about your website either.

I have continually had issues with booking online and when I try to ask for a new password, it doesn't send the password reset. This forces me to call the local spa, and they have to contact your web support, which, in 2 years, has not fixed the issue. The local people are great and try to help - it's corporate and the incompetent management of the website that is the issue and it's infuriating, especially after I kept my membership going during the pandemic. Hand and Stone corporate needs to get their act together and fix this ridiculous website. The managers at the spa are doing their best but you have to give them the appropriate tools - that function.

They are consistently good at meeting my massage needs. It's nice to have appointment availability that is open. I will return to get more massages here in the future.
