The massage therapist was not wearing a mask, and I could feel her breathing on me. It's just better to not smell someone's breath while you're getting a massage. The room was too warm, and it didn't seem like the place had air conditioning, or it at least wasn't on high enough. The rooms are very plain, and the walls are very thin, so you can hear everyone else's music and even others talking through the walls.

I thought everything was decent, however, the front desk staff seemed annoyed. It made me feel like I shouldn't ask questions or anything.

Online reservation system sucks — and has for several years. Ruins the convenience of booking online completely since it isn’t update or maintained as part of core member services and support. Instead I have to take the time to call because all of the therapists are never listed and those who have left are still listed. The system sometimes gets ‘hung’ and doesn’t update. Please, please get this fixed! Everything these days is about running a business seamlessly in person AND remote. Thank you!

I felt pretty good until I went to pay. The receptionist made comments about a staff member I did not need to know. It just seemed inappropriate.

The appointment was for one hour I got on the room at 4:09 and was done at 4:52 it seemed a little rushed at the end

Therapist used too much pressure. He’s very nice and actually suggested I try a different therapist. I scheduled a different therapist the next day and it was a really good fit for the type of massage I prefer and have rescheduled with him.

I was asked to come in early and then had to wait for my time as they had overbooked the therapist. Felt like she was rushed a bit, as my appointment went into her lunch break.

the tech was great in both recommending some areas no one else has before and the pressure was awesome.
