I would’ve liked a deeper scalp and hand massage. I wasn’t aware it was so short and light. The overall timing was unclear with the add-ons I had with my facial so I guess I was expecting to go longer.

It was fine. Nothing extraordinary.

I think the red light is over priced.

I used to go to Hand & Stone and stopped for the same reason I was not completely satisfied. Some of the girls at the front desk are rude and I feel like I am disturbing them with certain questions.

I feel the price increase in my membership has made me think twice about continuing it. I love my esthetician, and that is why I am staying. However, I have to use at least 2 appointment credits to get a good facial. Last time, I used 3. If it wasn't for Alexa, I would discontinue this.

I felt the employees I came in contact with were more interested in up selling me than relieving my pain. Amanda is a wonderful massage therapist. This is the first time I have felt she was marketing me.

The receptionist was exceptionally rude. Her tone of voice and her whole attitude was very poor. Other than that first "welcome" experience, my massage therapist gets 5 stars

My 3 previous appointments with hand and stone were canceled for various reasons on the company’s side and no one offered me any kind of free upgrade due to the inconvenience. I had to ask for something to be added and the receptionist I talked to wasn’t even sure if she could make that happen.

Esthetician was so busy talking about problems in her family that she did not fully answer my questions. It seemed like she didn't use products that made my skin feel or look any better than before, but I am not really certain what products she did use. She mentioned one was more moisturizing than another, but never educated me which ones I should purchase or use.

It was difficult to breath while I was face down in the massage table with my mask on. But this is not anyones fault and I’m happy to wear a mask. The massage therapist was kind and worked with me to find a comfortable position.
