Regular facial is better than the microdermabrasion upgrade, didn’t see any difference so the value is better in my opinion.

My message was not completely an hour. The message was great but it started a few minutes late and ended a couple minutes early.

There was confusion on what service I was getting, I booked a pumpkin facial that was on sale for $90 and added a micro abrasion treatment for $50. I was charged for a clarifying facial instead of the pumpkin facial. It was not explained that it would change the facial and if I had realized that added the micro abrasion treatment would be changing it I would not have added it.

I was asked to undress to the waist, but wondered why when I did not receive a neck and shoulder massage. The pamphlet I received when leaving stated the classic facial did include a neck and shoulder massage. I have previously experienced the inclusion of this massage during facials at other spas. I was disappointed I did not receive this massage during my first visit.

The good therapists don’t stay onboard. We don’t appreciate that there is no immediate written acknowledgment that we laced a request to cancel membership. It takes up to 2 weeks and was told “it is rare that we process a second payment” due to the time frame of processing the cancelation request. We should receive an immediate written acknowledgment even if it means there is a 30 day minimum request notice policy.

Twice in the last year our monthly fees have been raised. It is counter intuitive to penalize members for staying with the business during Covid times by raising their monthly fees.

They messed up my appt for 2 people. I had to wait almost a month just get me and my guest accommodated but day before when I tried to confirm they only had my appt, not for my guest. Kudos to the manager on duty though for making it work and was able to schedule for my guest as well.

Both 60 minute and 90 minute massages were ended 8-10 minutes early. I expect the full amount of time I pay for.
