The facial I had costed over three visit credits plus more at checkout (more than communicated). For over $200 would expect better results.

Nothing terrible. I just think my body needs more of it, which is why I am not a member so I can come in once a month and work on it. Also having to wear a mask makes it a big heard to breath, but that isn't you guys' fault.

Great massage. I am finding that is getting more difficult at this location to find appointments that best fit my schedule. If this continues I will probably go to another location or company.

The therapist didn't describe to me what products they were using. Otw, I was satisfied with the whole experience.

Table and room were cold. Therapists hands were cold. Does not seem knowledgeable as my previous ones.

The staff member that I typically schedule appointments with was not available and although the person that I saw was satisfactory, she doesn't appear to do as good of a job as what I'm used to.

I ended up with a few scabs/scratches on my cheeks from the microdermabrasion. They hurt and are very visible. This didn’t happen the last time I had the procedure.

My facial was nice. I would have like more done around my eyes

This was my first massage experience. And I have problem areas that I’m sure will take more than one appointment to resolve. My job does not allow good posture.
