I was happy with my service. I can’t complain about anything. The only thing that I didn’t like was having to fill out some paperwork, but that’s not a big deal.

It’s my first visit. No recent visit to compare to.

I am uncomfortable with massage therapists who are not vaccinated against Covid. I think that everyone who literally performs a hands-on service should be required to be vaccinated. Both my wife's and my chosen therapists have chosen not to be vaccinated. That is why neither of us will be reactivating our memberships soon.

I had a gift card. There was challenges in how much the card was worth. I texted copies of the card to the receptionist without a response. Not sure if the cards value was worth more than the massage.

The masseuse did not complete his massage. He ended the massage 10 minutes early and took me in 5 minutes late. I didn’t receive 60 min massage. Disappointed

I really enjoy the service that Amanda provides, but she typically runs a few minutes late each time. Not horrible, but I do work and I take this time on my lunch break, so it tends to throw my schedule off a little.

Someone called reschedule my appointment due to a scheduling error and wasn’t able to reschedule until 2 weeks later. The receptionist rescheduling was not very professional in response or accommodation.

The intake form was too comprehensive for the services I was looking for. I felt uncomfortable providing a significant amount of my medical history. Some aspects of it are necessary but majority was intrusive. The service itself was excellent.
